Hello. My name is Diana Frank and I am a teacher and guide in the practice of Presencing Meditation. I have practiced meditation and pursued inner personal healing for over 30 years. I am fortunate to have learned from some of the most celebrated teachers around the world. My current focus is on trauma healing and mystical traditions as I study under renowned teacher and author, Thomas Huebl.
I use my knowledge and experience to create safe containers for healing and resting together in pure awareness in an embodied presence. To be present, is to free the mind from internal dialogue and to be conscious in the moment. The body and mind experience stillness and a sense of inner peace. This practice can help individuals understand more about themselves, allowing an opportunity for deeper self-awareness and improved emotional well-being. I believe that bringing people together in a safe space can help individuals co-regulate and invoke a more peaceful and integrated state. It is my honor to bring that experience to you. With love and deep gratitude, Namaste My teachers include: Brama Kumaris, Guru Rinpoche, Pek Merta Ada, Gen Kelsang Rigpa, Moses Garelik, Mary and Ron Hulnick, Thomas Huebl and many more.

What To Expect in a Presencing Meditation Circle
Each Circle starts by making everyone feel safe. I will give a brief explanation of the structure of the evening. We begin with a check-in. Co-Presencing is sharing what is alive in each of us. Guests can share what is alive in the present moment and know they are being heard by the rest of the group. In this practice, we are building an inner-coherence where everyone benefits through awareness of what is emerging in the present moment while being witnessed by others. Everyone is safe to be seen in their vulnerability.
Through holding a calm and sacred space, the recognition that we are connected to our bodies and our breath becomes a natural awareness. Further, we become in tune with inner sensations and emotions which leads to self-regulation of the body.
We are slowly building a relational field giving a voice to everyone to feel seen, heard, safe, and connected. Attuning to each other and allowing emotions to flow without judgment or fixing each other, engages people to open up and make a positive narrative out of their lived experience.
We are strengthening the awareness skill from reactive to conscious. This co-creative we-skill grows, expands, and initiates self-healing within the Circle and within every individual. Over time, more love, kindness, resilience, and compassion grow naturally and the collective intelligence starts to emerge. Relationships within the Circle act as a healing resource combined with body, breath, and sensation awareness. This happens within the first 90-120 minutes. After a short break, we end the evening with a silent meditation.
Guests are left feeling more whole, integrated, rested and peaceful. The practice allows for a more harmonious mind, body and soul connection, a connection to the Circle, and a Universal connection.
Number of Guests: Between 2 -15
Duration: 3 hours, with a 5 minute break in the middle
Attire: Please wear something comfortable to sit or lie down
Location: Indoors or outdoors depending on time of year and weather

"I have had the honor and pleasure of attending many meditation circles with Diana as a guide. Without fail, every experience with her has been a true gift. It is more than just her soothing voice and her gentle guidance into the exploration of self. It is beyond her strong grasp of how the whole process works, and the tactile ways in which she reminds you that the power to heal is always within you. For me, it is her firm and yet soothing refrains. It is the light she shares so freely. And it is the love she tucks into every deep breath she asks us to take with her. It is hard to put into words, what she appears to do so organically and effortlessly. When I leave circles with Diana, I feel accomplishes, successful, grateful and full of light and love. I am infinitely grateful to her for being one of the beacons that leads me back to self."
