My Approach to Healing
Reflect • Digest • Integrate
The complexity of trauma requires a complex response. This awareness has fueled my commitment to empowering my clients with a diverse set of modalities for growth and healing. I have advanced certifications in the following: Hakomi professional, TWT and CTIP with Thomas Hübl, Somatic Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Somatic Attachment Therapy.
I'm trained in the Collective Trauma Integration process, which Hübl developed to work with individual, ancestral, and collective trauma. This technique promotes safe exploration of sharing and reflection, guided by a facilitation process that supports radical openness, mindful awareness, and refined relational competencies.

Healing Practitioner
Through an honoring of ourselves and the uniqueness that we have, we can restore our wounding, and healing can occur in a safe space.
Meditation Teacher
Practicing Mindful and Buddhist Meditation for over 30 years, I am creating a collective container resilient enough to hold space for the healing journey.
Group Circles
Just come as you are. We meditate together, turning to body and breath awareness to release emotional stress. Together we co-regulate and create coherence and peace within ourselves.
By healing the past, we can be more present in the now and create a better future.
