Story
Practicing Mindful and Buddhist Meditation for over 30 years, I am creating a collective container resilient enough to hold space for the healing journey.
Sitting Group
Just come as you are. Sit together in a collective space, bring the whole of yourself, including the wounded parts. Turning to body awareness and breath to reveal stress, you can open channels of alignment of body, mind, spirit and emotions. Together we can co-regulate and create coherence within.
